<br> not to wage war or rebellion against friendly nations
No one shall use the land of Nepal to take up arms against a friendly country with which Nepal has diplomatic relations, to wage war against it, to threaten it or to wage war or to incite rebellion or to wage war.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be imprisoned for up to seven years and fined up to seventy thousand rupees.
